Type or speak roughly

Inside any app, switch to the Voicely keyboard. Hold the mic and ramble, or type your messy idea — Singlish, code-switched, half-baked. It all goes into a small draft area above the keys.

Pick language & tone

Two chips — EN or 中文 — and a tone chip for casual, formal, professional or friendly. Voicely also reads which app you're in and sets a sensible default tone automatically.

Polish & insert

Tap ✦ Polish. Your rough draft becomes a clean, app-appropriate message. Tap ↵ to drop it straight into WhatsApp, Gmail, the LinkedIn comment box — wherever your cursor was.

Mixed languages, one output

Throw in a sentence that's English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil all at once. Voicely understands the intent and writes it cleanly in your chosen language.

App-aware tone

A WhatsApp reply is short and casual. A Gmail message is structured. A LinkedIn comment is professional. Voicely knows the difference automatically.

Voice or swipe

Long voice notes or fast glide-typing — both work. The draft area lets you mix: speak the bulk, type the names, polish the lot.

As you type, Voicely offers three short ways to continue your message — already in the right language and tone for the app you're in.

Install in under a minute

  1. Download the APK on your Android phone (button at the top).
  2. Tap the downloaded file. Android will ask to allow installs from this source — say yes.
  3. Open Settings → System → Languages & input → On-screen keyboard → Manage keyboards, enable Voicely.
  4. In any app, tap a text field, then tap the keyboard switch icon and pick Voicely.

Voicely never replaces your existing keyboard — it sits alongside it. Switch back any time.

Privacy, in one paragraph

Voicely sends only the text or audio you explicitly tap ✦ Polish on — nothing is sent in the background, and nothing leaves your phone until you press the button. Audio is transcribed and discarded immediately. We log usage counts (how many polishes, what app category) for sizing and reliability — never the actual content of your messages.
